* When making a purchase

We have tried to make shopping online and purchasing as simple and easy as possible. Just tick the boxes you require and the cart will save for you until you are ready to go to checkout. There you will asked a few questions in order that we can process your order promptly.

* Paypal.

For customers using Paypal we have had to implement a 4% charge. This is the average amount Paypal charges us. (There is no extra charge incured however if you choose to use Credit/Debit cards.) We trust customers will understand this is a Bank charge and not our company profiteering.

* Minimum Order.

Due to the costs incurred to process your order please note we have a minimum order value of £10 excluding Postage & Packaging. P & P charge is £1 if your order is under £30, Anything over and its free!

* Back orders

At certain times of year our stock takes a real 'hit' particually around September - which is when the school/college terms begin & just before Christmas. If we are out of stock on any item we will attempt to contact you and keep you informed. Usually the delay is only a few days - as a manufacturer we don't have to 'wait' for further supplies we make our own! Sometimes on the larger Kolinsky Sable brushes we only 'make to order' - again you will be advised at the time of placing your order. We usually send part-orders that day so you won't be kept waiting for everything. If you prefer to receive your order completed then let us know and we will post out in one go !

* Credit card payments

We accept all credit and debit cards on this site except for American Express. If you are shopping from outside the UK then your card company will convert the currency for you - we invoice out in Pounds Sterling. For overseas orders we can only deliver to the cardholders address where the card is registered to - this is for your protection. Your card details are safe as we only use a secure server - we do not store any details.

* Prefer to order by post.

Then please complete the order form or write what you would like on a sheet of paper and post or fax to us at the address / fax number shown on this site. Please make cheques and bankers drafts out to Rosemary & Co - we do not accept cash by post. Once we receive your order we will of course process as speedily as possible.

* Privacy

We do not pass any of your information on to a third party - all details are kept securely by us.

* VAT - Value Added Tax

All orders delivered to European Union and UK addresses are charded 17.5% VAT this is shown on each product as included. For orders shipped outside these regions the VAT will be deducted.

* Returns

If you wish to return any goods for any reason we offer a full money back guarantee providing the goods are in the same excellent condition as despatched and returned within 14 days. If there are any items missing from your order please let us know immediately.

* Delivery & Shipping

For orders to individual artists within the UK we charge £1 towards Post & Handling if your order is under £30
- for order above £30 then its free !

For Overseas individual artists, the rates regardless of the size of order are as follows:

Europe INC Southern Ireland. -£3.00 (Delivery usually 2-3working days)

USA & Canada. -£5.00 ( Delivery usually 5-7 working days )

All Other Countries by Quotation.
