Terms and Conditions for Traditional Gift Voucher

The paper vouchers can be delivered worldwide, for a small charge.

Shipping costs for traditional gift vouchers are as follows: UK: £0.63 - Rest of the world: £1.00.

Please note that all gift certificates are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, are valid for one year from the date of issue, and are only redeemable at www.rosemaryandco.com or by phone.

If you don’t spend the full value of the gift card, the remainder stays as a balance on the gift card for you to use another time.

After entering the gift card codes, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card. If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

If you find that your gift card is not accepted at checkout, check the card number and try again. This code is case sensitive. If you continue to experience difficulties, email us enquiries@rosemaryandco.com or call us on 01535 632 666 between 9-5pm (GMT) Monday through Friday.

Terms and Conditions for Electronic Gift Voucher

Please check that you have correctly entered the recipient’s email address as we cannot redirect or refund e-vouchers which have been redeemed by the wrong person under your instructions.

Shop as usual on the website and then proceed to checkout. During checkout you’ll be asked to enter your voucher code. After entering the gift card codes, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card. If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

If you need to purchase Electronic Gift Vouchers for different people then you’ll need to purchase each voucher individually so that the correct details are displayed on each voucher.

As soon as your order is processed, your gift card will be emailed to the recipient email address you entered.
